In this blog, I will tell you about my activities after returning from on the job training. After 6 months of being separated from campus friends, for the blessings and blessings from God we can all be reunited in a place that unites us all, namely the Poltekpar Makassar Kitchen. Many things changed after our return from on the job training.

Starting from the kitchen, now the equipment is really better than yesterday, the kitchen condition is becoming more instagrammable, and not forgetting classmates, at least some people are more mature and responsible. It's really a good change. Now I have entered semester 5, where in Semerter 5 we will focus on studying pastry and bakery.

The additional that must be prepared from the beginning of semester 5 is the need for R&D as one of the requirements for graduation. In the first week of semester 5 what we will do is make a food bazaar. The menu prepared is food from Latin America and Korean Food. This time I was given the opportunity to handle food from Latin America. The concept of this bazaar is fast food.
