Today is the last week
we entered the kitchen before the Final, and today we commemorate the KORPRI
day and do the Ceremony as we usually do every 17th. After the ceremony, me and
my friends go to the dormitory to change clothes and rush to the kitchen to
practice .
This time we went to
Ala Carte II and we directly divided ourselves and oneline according to a
predetermined group. This time I got a part to make Appetizer and Great for
Sharing. The menus of the Appetizer and great for sharing are: Thai Papaya
Salad, Jelly Fruit Salad, Thai Chicken Salad, Monte Cristo Sandwich, Burger, Club
Sandwich, and Empek-empek.
After we finished
preparing, there were some of our friends who were in charge of making food for
the nation's children. And other friends GC and wash all the tools that have
been used and store them back in place. In the middle of the GC we pray Ashr first
before continuing the GC.
