Today is the last day
we entered the kitchen before entering the week Final test. As usual we arrive
early and go straight in to check for anything that is lacking and after that we are oneline in kitchen.
Today food that will
come out there are 40. Because today I still handle the Thai Papaya Salad and
today there are 15 pax that will come out. Because yesterday the material to
make the Thai Papaya Salad is still there and is still good to use, so I mix it
with the new one so that it is not thrown away and enough to 15 pax.
Because the clock shows
at 11.00 that means all food must be ready, not long we pray Dzuhur and we take
turns to go to the mosque, and the first one goes to the mosque, the man. While
all the men prayed, and then the second wave is women who will pray.
