Today we are back in
the kitchen after yesterday's holiday. And today we continue the Ala Carte II
menu and yesterday's preparation which is still lacking. Today there are 40 pax
meals coming out in the restaurant.
But before we enter the
kitchen as usual, we first line up and be absent one by one by the supervisor
after that we pray and oneline each group. And after that the supervisor starts
explaining the ingredients that are lacking and sold out one by one.
After that me and Darma
also began to share the task of working on the Appetizer menu. myself got a
part to handle the Thai Papaya Salad, Darma got a part to make a Thai Chicken
Salad, Dina got a part to make Empek-empek, Milna and Fadhil get a part to
handle Jelly Fruit Salad.
After everything is
ready, we are also busy looking for references about plating for our Appetizer
menus. And Darma started to show us unique and beautiful plating. Soon the
supervisor told us all to plating each on the plate and showed it to Mr. Ical
for approval whether the plating was good or not.
