Hello! Back again in my blog, with
the same story and without any boredom I wrote it back: D. this time we came
earlier than the previous day because we will be given a panachment by Chef
Dino because yesterday our friend could make some mistakes so we will be given
panachment and we are all ready to receive it. Today we are all told by the
incoming supervisor tomorrow to arrive early at 7:00 am we are already oneline
in coldkitchen and for the late will get 2x panachment.
My friends and I are a bit late 10
minutes and our supervisors understand it because our house is far away and
there is a traffic jam in the middle of the road, this morning we will eat our
breakfast that is ingredients distore and learn to distinguish between
Galangal, Ginger and Kencur. Because of the mistake we made yesterday that one
of our friends wrongly took the material Chef Dino wanted.
After all Ingredients have been
cleaned and cut into pieces of the same size, we are told to go one by one to
distinguish all the ingredients that have been provided and it is rather
difficult to distinguish them directly between kencur and Ginger because of the
shape and color of the same, but only baud an different taste.
