Good night.
This time the first week was Mid Practice in semester 3. And today my group
entered mid practice and will doing the Celebes Buffet menu. We entered at 7:00
a.m. Yesterday we all had divided each section and yesterday we also prepared
the ingredients.
Today me
and my friend Lina got a part to make Dessert namely Cucuru Bayao and Pisang
Ijo. And myself made Cucuru Bayao and Lina make Pisang Ijo. Because Cucuru
Bayao was ready, I also helped Lina make Pisang Ijo while learning to make it.
Because today the food must be ready at 11.00 am. after all the is ready we all immediately clean up the area and wash the tools we have used and return materials that are not use.
