Today, me and my friend Fisal arrived early because we were appointed by Mr. Ical for coming at 7:00 a.m., and then we were already packed and checked all the temperature and prepared our friends. This morning I arrived in the kitchen right at 6:59 a.m. And immediately check all the temperatures in the chiller and freezer and pull out all the preparations for today's menu. After that we also wait for oneline and are absence by the supervisor.
Today we all did, but for the Konro Bakar menu that was made yesterday it was wrong, and today we are making a new one. And this time the Konro Bakar that we made did not use Keluak, because of lack of preparation. So me and my friends, I immediately made konro spices and some, groups there, which cleansed the fat from konro which was helped by the Holy group as a Butcher.
After cleaning the fat from Konro. My group friends and I immediately made the fine ingredients needed to cook the konro. Because today we will issue the main ingredients of the konro spices which are Exodus and not valid, so Mr. Ical still tells us to make the ingredients without using the sun. And before all the menus today we made a few obstacles and we were able to pass them.
