Today I go to kekampus alone and arrived early because today I am Incharge for the second time in a different class than before. At the previous Incharge I was in class 1B and this time I incharge in class 1A. Today my Incharge friend is Lina and Darma.
I also told the class leader from semester 1 to take an absentee and immediately attend them while checking their tools, tasks and Log Book. While I was absence, one by one, Lina and Darma were in charge of checking Grooming, their tools and tasks.
Today the material that is being offered is Method Of Cooking, and actually today they are doing a way to make Brown Stock but because the ingredients are not available so they will do 2 weeks in the future, after we give the material we ask questions with them while waiting for a break. We also asked them the reason for choosing Culinary Arts and their answers were average to broaden their knowledge of food.
