Hello Foodies, first I
will telling about my activity in the kitchen. Today We are entered at 07.20
am, as usual we are oneline In front of the kitchen and the absent by the
supervisor. After that we are oneline in the cold kitchen and waiting
supervisor for the given materials about preparing yesterday by Group 1.
After we are given the instruction by the supervisor and
Mr.Syahrial, we are doing for Lunch menu. Maybe when Mr.Syahrial entered and
check one by one our preparation. There a obstacles one of there is Bake of
Potato menu. The Bake of Potato is failed and
we have to repeat it.
After the restaurant is closed, followed by group 2 which
will oreoare rotation menu 1.2 for tomorrow, and we are waiting all the members
group 2 until finish. After that we are given a break until 30 minute and must
go back in the kitchen when the time is over. After break and lunch, we are
chatting with supervisor and telling about the mistakes that occurred today.
And than we are gets panachment that is Garlic and Onion.
