Day Report Mid Test Practice English Version

            Hello, welcome back to my blog. Today I want to tell you about my activity in the kitchen because today group 3 mid test practice and want to make rotation menu 1.2. before me and my friend going to the kitchen. Me and my friend breakfast first in the canteen, after that at 07.05 o’clock me and my friend going to the kitchen because yesterday Mr. Jaya say in order to come fast.

            At 08.20 o’clock we are entered in the cold kitchen and immediately doing. Yesterday we are group 3 already prepared materials to be used for making rotation menu 1.2. but before doing we are waiting Mr Syahrial to give instruction and explain about steps used. After that Mr Syahrial get out and tell us to continue on.

            At 13.00 o’clock we are ready to serve and ready to eat. Today we are ready 40 pax for appetizer (Macedoine of Vegetable Mayonaise), Soup (Minestrone Soup), Main Course ( Fillet of Fish Meuniere with Potato Au Grati and Glazed Root Vegetable), and Dessert (Choux Ala Crème).
