Hello Foodies, welcome
back to my blog! This time, I will tell you abou my activity in the kitchen
after Mid Test. Because today first day we are practice on April so the
remaining three months before we are Final Test. Today all Group 1 will prepare
rotation menu II.1. as for the menus will prepare today is Chinese Spinach and Peanut Salad, Traditional Egg Drop Soup, Beef Rice
Bowl, Tang Yuan and Tang Zhong.
Before
go to campus, me and my friend breakfast in canteen, after that me and my
friend go to kitchen at 07.40 am. Without wait for long we are Oneline in the
kitchen and the absent and check out each of our personal grooming by
supervisor incharge today.
After
that we are oneline in cold kitchen and hearing the explain about rotation menu
II.1. after that at 11.05 o’clock we are group 1 prepare rotation menu
II.1until 15.11 pm. And than we are break until 16.00 pm. After break we will
doing General Cleaning.
