Today
back to again group 1 practice in the kitchen, today we are doing for making
rotation menu II.1, and we must ready to serve at 13.00 o’clock. But before we
are hear Mr.Jaya Explain in front of us about Chinese Food, the steps for
making rotation menu II.1, and the terminology.
We are doing until all the menu ready to serve at 13.00
o’clock. Lucky part we get is not too difficult. So me and my friend can solve
it quickly. But amid the busyness we were worried because our appetizer the result
are few.
So me and my friend think hard what if our appetizer is
not enough 40 pax, but come supervisor to help us, how to get all enough up to
40 pax. So me and my friend reducing a little from each serving plate. Finally
me and my friend finished.
