Welcome to my blog again, this time our first day of practice at the beginning of Semester 3, was a bit awkward again when I entered the kitchen for the first time and met with 5th semester seniors who had just returned from Training / OJT. yesterday we were able to prepare a little and today we are doing, today the type of Oriental menu that we will make, or some kind of Asian food. The Oriental menu is Thai Beef Salad, Spinach And Peanut Salad, Gai Tod Takrai, Onigiri, Khao Nheow Ma Muany, Tang Yuan and Tang Zhong.
As usual we gather in the kitchen before 08.00 pm. Because today is the first day we practice in the third semester and the level of difficulty is definitely increasing. Today like the previous days, there is no day without problems and challenges, but we have to go through it and have to be better. Ok, today our supervisor told us to Oneline and divided us into 4 groups and gave us assignments for each group, and my group got a part to make the Appetizer menu, namely Thai Beef Salad and Spinach And Peanut Salad.
Many tense things happened in the making process, one of which was, we had a Gercep but still be careful, because today we will Open Resto for Lunch and we are doing around 10:00 pm. Because we have made this menu the previous semester so we are a bit easy to make, besides that, we keep look the Clock so we won't be late when Open Resto. The problem in our group is that, because we do not have the art of Plating, we make plating it very simple and less attractive in my opinion hehe: D
