Today I left for campus
little late, because I was waiting for my friend Fausia and Nabila to come and
pick me up at the boarding house. But the clock was already showing at 8:00 am
and my friend had not arrived yet, finally I called my friend Wanda who was
already in the campus to come and pick me up at the boarding house and my
friend would come to pick me up. Not long after Wanda arrived, we rushed to the
bus, when we just got on the motorbike, Fausia and Nabila finally came and I
immediately left the two of them.
In the kitchen we are
oneline. Inside the kitchen we immediately divide ourselves according to each
group that has been determined the previous day. Today the menu that we will
make is European Buffet, and my group gets a part to make the Appetizer menu,
namely Macedoine of Vegetable Mayonnaise, Jelly Fruit Salad, and Club Sandwich.
Just like yesterday,
today will be Open Resto and we have to be ready at 11:00 a.m., but we are all
a bit slow to do it and there is one group that repeats the food because it
failed. My group worked on it for a little late because we didn't know that we
would make a Club Sandwich and Jelly Fruit Salad, because yesterday we were
only told to prepare ingredients to make Macedoine Of Vegetable Mayonnaise. And
at the Club Sandwich that made us work for a long time was because we were
waiting for the Roast Turkey which was not yet cooked too.
