Today
is the same as the previous days, we arrived at a rather fast time, that is at
latest 7:15 a.m. we are all already in the kitchen and directly oneline in the
kitchen while waiting for Mr. Ichal to come and give us materials and
directions to us so that the food we make today finished at 12 o'clock because
at 13.00 pm the restaurant was opened. Shortly afterwards, Mr. Ichal told us to
Doing, Chef Dyno came and told us to go oneline.
When
Chef Dyno gave us a little material, we also occasionally asked about the menu
that we made today. Soon Chef Dyno told us to Doing again and everything had to
be done and there was no activity in the kitchen at 15:00 p.m. so we could all
go home quickly because tomorrow Eid al-Adha. We also rushed and worked
together so that everything was finished on time.
Because
yesterday we have prepared the materials we need. So we are not too rushed
because the menu that we are going to do today is, Indonesian Buffet and
kalompk I get Dessert. The Dessert that we will make is Roko-Roko Cangkuning
and Bubuh Injin but in making Injin Powder using Black Glutinous Rice but Black
Glutinous Rice supplies are still Empty, so we use mungbean instead and the
name changes to Bubur Kacang Ijo.
