Today
my friend and I came back a little late because we had time to have breakfast
first. Today my friend and I arrived at the campus at 08.05, we are still lucky
because our class is not yet oneline. Before long we were all called to oneline
by the supervisor on duty today.
After
we all entered and returned to oneline in accordance with their respective
groups. We are waiting to be given directions and a little material about the
menu that we will make today. The menu this time is Celebes Buffet or some kind
of Sulawesi food. Yesterday my group prepared Peco Doang, Acar, Sambal Tomato,
and Jalangkote ingredients. And today our group was only given time until 10:00
to finish everything, through that we will get a panachment.

But
because yesterday we have partially finished and today we are rather secure and
not too rushed. Because which will to make today is only Tomato Sambal and Peco
Doang. me and my group finished it before 10:00 and we immediately set up and
wrap all the food that was ready to be brought to the restaurant.
