Wednesday,
October 10, 2018
Good night. today was my second day at the Gammara Hotel, because yesterday I
didn't get in because of vehicle constraints. Today I am in the middle of 12
o'clock and I am picked up by my friend Jo.
Because today there is
an event dinner, so the menu we will make this time is the Potato Salad and
Fruit Salad. Earlier we cut the potatoes into a Cube size and soaked it for
several hours. This time me and my friend Hardiyan will cut fruit for a Fruit
Salad menu whose ingredients consist of Melon, Grape, Strawberry, Pineapple and
Papaya and I am also taught to make Tartar Sauce which will be toast with
Potato Salad.
At 18:30 p.m. and my
friends Jo, Hardiyan and Ilham along with other cold kitchen friends
immediately went downstairs and went to eat and rest before continuing the
preparations for tomorrow.
