Today I go back into
the kitchen to practice, me and my friends depart from the dorm to the kitchen
at 7:15 a.m. We arrived at the kitchen, we immediately took the recipe and read
it and we learned.
We were oneline and
were stopped by the supervisor while waiting for the group division. Because of
the practice week yesterday, my friend and my group were at the Gammara Hotel
to practice so we don't have a group at the moment.
So, the supervisor divides
us to spread ourselves, to the Appetizer section, to the Maincourse section and
to the Dessert section, and I myself go to the MainCourse and Soup sections.
Nabilah and I got the
part to make Potato Mashed, condiment from Wallington Beef and soup, Potato
Chowder. Today we are only preparing for tomorrow and I and Nabila started to
weigh ingredients and cut vegetables and wrap them per pax.
