Ok good night. This week my group got to practice at Hotel Gammara Makassar. In
the morning we were getting ready and I left for Gammara with Aulia and we
arrived there at 07.10 am. Aulia and I were waiting for other friends in the parking
lot. Around 7:55 a.m., we were still waiting for Hardiyan and Ilham who hadn't
arrived yet. And exactly at 8:00 we decided to go in and meet Chef Dyno.
Each of us has divided
the section, me and my friend Fatta got a section at Cold Kitchen. At Cold
Kitchen I got a new friend who was also a training child from Palopo and
Makassar.
We close at 10:00 am. me and my new friend Nabila took the trolley and brought it forward to take all
the leftover food in the cold kitchen section and bring it back to the cold
kitchen for storage. For the remaining fruits we put them together and Rapping
them to give to HRD, for the sauce we rapped and stored in the chiller.
