Good night. today we
practice the second day in the kitchen. This time we entered at 6:30 a.m., we
entered early because we will check all preparations that are not ready (Well
Prepare). Because I am a group Main kitchen and Soup so me and my friend Nabila
immediately check what ingredients are missing and which are lacking.
Not long ago we were
told oneline by Pak Ical and a happy discussion about Ala Carte ll menus. And
ask us one by one about terminology from the Ala Carte II menus. And for
friends who were asked and could not answer, they will get a Panachment.
This time me and my
friend Nabilah continued doing unfinished. I immediately rushed to pick up
incomplete materials to make potato chowder like making white roux and warm
fresh milk mixed with special cream for food. And Nabilah was busy chopping
onion which would be mixed into the potato chowder after being ordered with
beef bacon.
