Today is exactly on tuesday,February 06, 2018 we entered the kitchen earlier than before, because in the previous practice days usually enter at 08.00 am. But on this day we entered the kitchen at 07.00 am. Maybe me and my friends are still not accustomed to practice at 07.00 hours so there are still many who come late. on this day we are also told by Mr. Ical to bring a glass of plastic each.
The reason why we entered the kitchen early because, we for the first time will Open Resto, so we have to come earlier than the previous practice days to prepare all the ingredients of menu that we will serve in our campus restaurant, because this time menu must be ready on the hour 10.00 am. But before I had doubts because for the first time we real practice and will be sampled directly by restaurant visitors.
They are 2 menus today that we made are Continental Breakfast and Amercian Breakfast. But beforehand we were given little directions and material about Continental Breakfast and American Breakfast by Mr.Syahrial and Mr.Ical.
