Hello Foody, welcome back to again on my blog. Same as usual this time i will tell my activities during being in the kitchen today Wednesday 07 February 2018. Just like yesterday we entered at 07.00 am because it will prepare breakfast menu that is English Breakfast. This time me and my friend come late to enter the kitchen because stuck in the rain and jammed on the way.
As for some English Breakfast menu that we made on this day that is, Muffin, English Muffin, and Mango Juice. This time i will explain how to make English Muffin, as for the ingredients needed to make that is, yeast, salt, water, hard flour, shortening, butter, and sugar. Here are the steps to make:
- Combine all dry ingredients except butter and shortening.
- Once mixed, put the shortening and butter and stir until blended.
- After the average the pure the water little by little until the dough smooth.
- Save the dough on the working Table that has been spread with butter and knead the dough.
- Repeat it until this dough smooth.
After making the above steps, the dough of English Muffin that have been inserted into the mold enter the Proofing machine until it expands for 25 minutes. After the dough is remove from the proofing machine directly on the bake in the first stage for 15 minutes then the view/open, then on the second baking 20 minutes and back in view, after that enter the final stage baking which is about 25 minutes until the dough brown but not burned.
